Job Summary
Consultant Gastroenterologist responsible for providing specialized care for digestive system diseases, including diagnosing and treating Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, celiac disease, and other GI disorders. Duties include comprehensive evaluations, accurate diagnoses, developing personalized treatment plans, prescribing medications, recommending dietary and lifestyle modifications, coordinating with nurses, nutritionists, and surgeons, staying current with gastroenterology research, and participating in conferences/workshops. Requires medical degree, board certification in gastroenterology, minimum of 5 years of experience as a consultant gastroenterologist, and a Western-educated background.
