Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in their homes or designated locations, developing customized exercise programs based on individual goals and preferences. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability while educating clients on proper techniques and balanced lifestyles. Monitor progress to adjust training plans and maintain effective communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, and a valid driver's license. Offers competitive hourly pay with commission, bonuses, and advancement opportunities to Master Personal Trainer or General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends
