Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one fitness training sessions with clients in their homes or designated locations. Develop customized exercise programs based on clients' fitness levels, goals, and preferences. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and foster a positive training environment. Maintain professional communication with clients and the team. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification, CPR/AED certification, and a valid driver's license. Offers above-average hourly compensation, commission, and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Genuine passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
