Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs and conducting reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App. Manage your schedule efficiently to maintain flexibility, and motivate clients to track results and celebrate wins. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. Requires nationally recognized personal training certification and CPR/AED certification. Competitive pay ranges from $35 to $50/hr with performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
