Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions while designing personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App. Conduct client reassessments via the platform, manage your own schedule efficiently, and motivate clients to track results and celebrate wins. Represent core values of determination, respect, integrity, versatility, and excellence in every session. This role offers a flexible schedule from part-time to full-time with competitive pay ranging from $35 to $50 per hour plus performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
