Job Summary
Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions. Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App and conduct reassessments to track progress. Manage your schedule efficiently, motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins. Collaborate with a supportive team and represent DR IVE values (Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence) in every session. The role involves mobile personal training across homes, offices, and organizations with flexible scheduling, onboarding and ongoing development, and growth into Master Trainer and leadership roles. Requires a nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and CPR/AED certification, along with reliable transportation and the ability to travel between sessions. Proficiency with Mindbody and Trainerize apps for managing sessions and client notes is encouraged. The compensation features above-average hourly pay plus performance bonuses and a pathway to full-time opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
