Job Summary
Provide personalised support to female clients with higher support needs, including those with challenging behaviours and autism spectrum disorder. Build strong, respectful relationships while supporting daily living, personal care, and community participation. Follow clear behaviour support and safety plans and work as part of a stable, communicative team to foster an environment of respect, dignity, and independence. Flexible shifts available, including 2 to 8-hour shifts and overnight shifts. SCHADS Award pay (Home Care Level 3–4).

- Female
- Experience providing disability support
- Ability to build strong, respectful relationships
- Ability to support daily living, personal care and community participation
- Ability to follow clear behaviour support and safety plans
- Ability to work as part of a stable, communicative team
