Job Summary
Care Assistant role providing personal care, assisting with medication, preparing meals, helping with light housekeeping, and offering companionship and emotional support in Brackley area and surrounding locations. Flexible evening and weekend shifts. Requires a Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle. Full training is provided, including fully funded RQF qualifications. Benefits include competitive hourly rates (£12.71–£12.80 per hour in GBP), 30p per mile paid between calls, referral scheme, Blue Light Card discounts, generous holiday entitlement, pension, birthday leave, Christmas bonus, DBS check, wellbeing support, and fully funded training.
