Job Summary
Manage day-to-day logistics for flagship fellowships including Fulbright, Boren, and Projects for Peace while promoting opportunities via flyers, digital signage, and the This Week @ MIIS newsletter. Support student advising through exploratory sessions and essay feedback, then coordinate workshops and major events like the IEM Symposium via Zoom or in-person. Handle data management by tracking recruitment funnels, maintaining shared resources, and assisting with the Experiential Learning Impact Report. This Level A student position at the Middlebury Institute offers a summer 2026 schedule at $16.95 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Google Suite

- Strong writing skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student records and evaluation processes
