Job Summary
Lead day-to-day coordination of the AI in a Box pilot at Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital, managing scanning operations, pipeline deployment, and system integration activities. Serve as the principal point of contact on the ground, coordinating across UNDP Bhutan, the hospital partner, and the USPC technical team while escalating issues as appropriate. Build productive relationships with hospital stakeholders to convey partner needs and feedback throughout implementation. Track progress against milestones, document operational lessons for the shared playbook, and represent the anchor experience in community of practice meetings. Provide ad hoc support for strategic objectives related to digital innovation and development cooperation. Fluency in English required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with understanding of AI/data systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Public Administration, International Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Public Health, Library and Information Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in digital project coordination, digital innovation, or development cooperation work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools
- Familiarity with data systems, digital document management, or AI tools
- Fluency in English
