Job Summary
Lead and build a Surgical Oncology program within Health First Cancer Institute. Fellowship-trained in Surgical Oncology with Board Eligible/Board Certified status in General Surgery is required. The role emphasizes designing, building, and leading a multidisciplinary surgical oncology service line within a growing cancer institute, with significant leadership and program development responsibilities. Collaboration with medical and radiation oncology, expansion of minimally invasive and robotic surgical oncology services, and advancement within an integrated oncology model are core elements. This position offers autonomy with system-level support and opportunities for future leadership roles. Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-centered leadership are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
- Fellowship trained in Surgical Oncology (ACGME-accredited)
