Job Summary
Manage the Graduate School's fellowship program, including recruitment fellowships, dissertation fellowships, and fee matches. Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries via Salesforce and manage the annual competition process for awards like the AGGRS and Presidential Fellowship. Develop and implement the annual communications calendar, oversee faculty reviewer recruitment, and coordinate logistics for Fellowship Services events and onboarding webinars. Administer data to support program assessment and prepare materials for workshops. Work collaboratively with the Director of Fellowship Services to set guidelines, manage award distributions, and address student financial requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to learn how to use new software systems
- Financial experience, specifically with budgets and addressing students' financial-related questions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional technical abilities with attention to accuracy and precision
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and Tableau
- Familiarity with OSU systems, including Workday and internal databases
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting
