Manage various application and contract forms while assisting sales staff with daily operations. Handle phone, email, and counter communications in Japanese, ensuring accurate and meticulous transaction processing in compliance with bank regulations. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily workflows. Full-time position with a $21–$29 hourly rate, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
