Job Summary
Occupational Therapist in Home Health (Independent Contractor) delivers assessment and treatment planning for adults in the Fillmore area, guiding patients through functional activities, ADLs, and home safety. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing a treatment plan, monitoring progress, instructing patients and families, and coordinating with the healthcare team. Requires state licensure/registration, completion of an accredited OT program, and ability to work independently with flexible scheduling; bilingual skills are a plus. Clinicians receive administrative support and opportunities to work autonomously with above-average compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
