Job Summary
Independent Contractor Occupational Therapist to deliver home health in the Newcastle area. Responsibilities include assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functionality status, ADLs, fine motor coordination, home assessments and adaptive equipment; determine treatment plans and perform interventions to improve wellbeing; observe and report patient progress; instruct patients, families, caregivers, and health-care team in therapy areas. Qualifications require an Occupational Therapist license and registration by the state and completion of an accredited OT program; bilingual is a plus.
