Job Summary
Independent contractor Physical Therapist for home healthcare serving Bellflower and surrounding areas. Deliver one-on-one treatments with flexible scheduling, using Cliniconnects to accept/decline patients. Observe, record, and report patient responses; develop and adjust plans of care; perform documentation during visits with an intuitive EMR. Must hold a current, active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license, have completed an accredited PT program, possess reliable transportation and a smartphone, and be fluent in Spanish. The role emphasizes autonomy, fee-for-service earnings based on per-visit rates, and coordination with administrative support to manage patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
- Spanish speaking is a must!
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
