Feel Good Suffolk Advisor

Feel Good Suffolk Advisor role within the Communities Team to deliver holistic health and wellbeing support. Responsibilities include triage and assessment, delivering behaviour-change interventions around Smoking Cessation, Physical Activity and Weight Management, creating personal action plans, and providing Health Coaching 1:1 and group sessions (face-to-face, digital, and over the phone). Role involves coordination with partners across local authorities and health/social care networks, data collection and reporting on outcomes, and outreach across districts. A full UK driving license and access to a car are essential; hybrid working is available (office/remote). The post may be offered as Fixed Term or Secondment for 18 months and is open to full time, part time, and job share applications.
