Feedmill Panel/Pellet Operator

Operate pellet mills and mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures to ensure optimum production and quality. Manage computer automation systems for receiving ingredients, grinding grains, and processing feed while assisting with ingredient receiving on second and third shifts. Produce pellets set by Quality Assurance, maintain clean and working coolers, and keep accurate records of drugs used and deviation reports. Cooperate with batch operators to monitor run status and mash supply needs, ensuring all mixing follows established formulations. Maintain a clean, well-swept work area and eliminate contamination risks during ingredient unloading and transferring.
