Job Summary
Operate feed mill equipment to receive ingredients and manufacture quality feed to Company specifications; batch and pellet feed using the WEM automation control system, monitor temperatures and quality, and perform related production tasks. Train coworkers, assist with production scheduling, maintain accurate inventory, and perform warehousing and housekeeping. Requires physical work (shoveling, lifting up to 55 lb bags), climbing ladders, occasional forklift use, and adherence to safety standards. Full-time, 10am–6pm shift, with benefits and competitive pay within the stated hourly range.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
- No visa sponsorship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Experience operating feed mill or related equipment (preferred)
