Job Summary
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machinery. Execute preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, including plumbing and carpentry functions. Read equipment manuals and work orders to complete simple machinist duties and utilize hand, power, and material handling tools. Apply safety practices and housekeeping standards while documenting all maintenance tasks. Work minimal supervision on weekends.
Required Qualifications
- demonstrated mechanical and electrical skills
- Specific experience
- ability to read, write and speak English
- basic math skills including Addition, Subtraction, division and multiplication and percentage calculations including the ability to pass a Prove it Test
- Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work weekends
