Job Summary
Feeder / Packer on the 2nd shift responsible for safely and efficiently packing finished goods into shipping boxes per customer specifications, assembling corrugated shipping cases, sealing, labeling, and rotating through packing lines while maintaining quality standards and following safety procedures. Responsibilities include following job tickets to determine size/quantity/stack pattern, operating the tape machine, maintaining proper counts and proper disposal of defective products, performing regular quality checks, adhering to 5S and food safety guidelines, and coordinating rotation assignments with the packing crew under supervision; shift runs 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM EST, Monday through Thursday, at the Fairfield, OH plant.
Required Qualifications
