Feeder Fund Vendor Management - Assistant Vice President

Job Summary
Conduct quarterly valuation reviews, reconcile accounting data with third-party administrators, and approve investor capital account statements and management fee calculations. Review fund expenses against annual budgets, monitor compliance with partnership operating agreements, and oversee the preparation of annual financial statements under US GAAP. Coordinate investor capital calls and distributions while resolving discrepancies between internal and external parties. Handle ad hoc requests and liaise with underlying fund managers as required. Employees work in the office Monday-Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Desired Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of financial services or Asset Management accounting and operations experience
- Alternative Investments Fund Administration and Operations
- Advanced degree and/or credentials, or progress towards, such as MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA Designation
- Passion for the application of innovative technology
- Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of integrity
- Willingness to learn new topics and work in an evolving business environment
- Organized and detail oriented with big picture capability
