Feeder-Folder

Feeder-Folder role with Alsco Uniforms in Durham, NC. Responsible for sorting, inspecting, and grading clean textiles, folding and packaging by hand or feeding items into ironing or folding machines per production requirements, and following written packing instructions to prepare items for final distribution. Tasks include locating and moving finished products to conveyors or carts, logging production activity in the Spindle productivity tracking system, and adhering to quality standards. Must recognize colors, sizes, and product types, maintain counting and sorting accuracy, and follow verbal and written directions. Work involves physical tasks (standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds) in an industrial laundry environment with exposure to temperature variations, humidity, odors, lint, and dust.
