Feeder-Catcher

Feed flat cartons into gluing and paneling machines, remove finished folded cartons from the press, and pack them into cases while performing quality checks on carton color, register, and markings. Rotate between feeder, catcher, and sorter positions throughout the shift, observing for machine malfunctions and stopping equipment when necessary. Maintain area cleanliness by removing stray cartons and sweeping during make ready, and adhere to Safe Quality Food procedures including reporting unsafe conditions and participating in root cause analysis. Work within the Finishing Department to exceed customer expectations and align with business objectives.
