Job Summary
Provide technical guidance to customers and farmers on appropriate feed usage and livestock feeding practices. Conduct farm and customer visits with Sales and other technical teams to support investigations of feed-related complaints and resolve technical matters. Collect samples, coordinate analysis with Quality and Laboratory teams, and monitor product performance to deliver structured feedback. Train clients on feed usage and good feeding practices while preparing technical reports covering observations and recommended actions. Work closely with Sales, Quality, Production, and Operations to improve customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Livestock Production, Agriculture or another relevant technical discipline
- Practical knowledge of animal feeds, feed ingredients and livestock production
- Relevant experience within the animal feed industry
- Good understanding of animal feeds and livestock production
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Practical problem-solving capability
- Good report-writing and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to undertake regular field/customer visits
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to dairy, poultry, swine or other livestock production environments
- Experience providing customer or technical support within the animal feed sector
