Job Summary
Run multiple pieces of equipment including grinders, batching scales, mixers, feed cleaners, and pellet mills. Manufacture feeds to ensure they meet specifications and food safety requirements while scheduling production based on priorities and customer demands. Samples and receive ingredients by truck, monitor inventory levels, and keep accurate, legible records. Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean workplace. Full-time 2nd shift role in Smithton, MO with a starting pay of $22.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Local to Smithton MO area
- Regular and reliable transportation
- Basic math & computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
- Attention to detail
- Ability to clean and organize work areas
- Interpersonal skills for working with other employees
- Available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
- Drug, alcohol and background checks for all new team members post-offer and prior to the start of employment
- Verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of the third day of work
