Feed Mill Production Hourly - Lufkin Plant

Operate feed mill control systems manually and via computer, calculate delivery orders, and dispatch loads as required. Schedule daily and weekly production plans to maximize efficiency, routinely stock micro-bins with bagged ingredients, and communicate tank levels and conditions with associates, maintenance, and growers. Observe and enforce all company personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies while recognizing and acting on incidents and risks. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by cooperating effectively with customers, clients, coworkers, and leadership teams. Participate in process improvement using Six Sigma methodologies and the E$P program. Requires some computer and mechanical skills, ability to lift 60 pounds and climb high structures, and working knowledge of ingredient and feed quality preferred.
