Feed Mill Production Hourly - Lufkin Plant

Operate the feed mill control system manually and via computer, calculate delivery orders, and dispatch loads. Schedule daily and weekly production plans to maximize efficiency, routinely stock micro-bins with bagged ingredients, and communicate tank levels and conditions with associates, maintenance, and growers. Enforce all personnel, quality, safety, and food safety policies while recognizing and acting on incidents and risks. Maintain a positive work atmosphere and participate in process improvement using methodologies like Six Sigma and the E$P program. Requires some computer and mechanical skills, ability to lift 60 pounds and climb high structures, with preferred knowledge of ingredient and feed quality.
