Job Summary
Grind materials to correct bins and silos, load outgoing meal loads into clean, dry trailers ensuring correct weights, and collect samples for lab delivery. Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment, maintain a clean and sanitary grinding room and loadout area, operate company vehicles, and complete paperwork for logging materials and loads. Work a rotating shift from 3pm to 1:30am Monday through Friday with some weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- must be able to follow both written and oral directions
- Team player
- works well with others
- Detail oriented
- well organized
- ability to multi-task
- Good math skills
- must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch
- Frequently required to lift up to 10 lbs
- Occasionally required to push, pull, move, or lift up to 50 lbs
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms
- 3pm-1:30am M-F some weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience preferred
- Quality Control experience is a plus
- High School diploma preferred
