Feed Mill Maintenance Supervisor

Oversee and supervise maintenance activities at the Pilgrim’s feed mill, including monitoring feed sampling and preventive maintenance to ensure proper operation of equipment and machinery; complete all required paperwork and reports, and match feed delivery tickets. Responsibilities also include scheduling, supervising, and evaluating work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, with involvement in personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and disciplinary actions. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of directly related experience; offers benefits (medical, vision, dental), PTO, 401(k) with company match, and an annual bonus program.
