Job Summary
Industrial Mechanic responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair of feed mill equipment; operates forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts; works Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm with on-call duties and weekends as needed; performs preventive maintenance and analyzes machinery from drawings; communicates with production management to diagnose problems; requires basic mechanical skills, knowledge of standard and metric measurements, welding/fabrication, and knowledge of low/high voltage electrical; 1–2 years industrial maintenance experience; 18+ years old; legally authorized to work in the United States; preferred: boilers/steam systems, PLC/VFD programming, technical school, GED/HS diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing and able to stand for several hours
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, and weekend shifts
