Feed Mill Dispatcher

Operate equipment to load finished feed into trailers for delivery, while adhering to safety, SOPs, quality control, and food safety programs. Maintain inventories and records, perform data entry in relevant systems, participate in safety/training meetings, and ensure accuracy of logs and documentation. Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and math skills; able to operate forklift or material handling equipment; follow detailed instructions and maintain housekeeping in assigned areas. This role supports Butterball’s safety-first culture and requires adherence to PPE protocols and continuous improvement practices.
