Job Summary
Manufacture livestock feed according to established formulas and quality standards by operating mill equipment including mixers, grinders, batching systems, and conveyors. Load and unload ingredients and finished products while monitoring production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Complete required documentation, assist with auto bagger, palletizing, and staging, and perform routine housekeeping to maintain a clean environment. Report equipment or safety concerns promptly and work with coworkers to meet daily goals. This role supports a safe, efficient operation within Premier Cooperative's Feed division, serving farmers across Wisconsin and Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Ability to work in environments with dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Ability to safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
