Job Summary
Operate milling process at a Tyson Foods Craig Feed Mill on the 3rd shift to combine feed ingredients per a formula and provide a finished product for delivery to farms. Responsibilities include operating the milling process, using a computer to make feed, maintaining inventory accuracy for each shift, coordinating with the dispatcher to ensure feed production matches hauling needs, and adhering to safety policies. Must be able to lift up to 80 lb, climb ladders up to 170 feet, bend/twist/stoop/reach, work well with limited help, and perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation. Required Qualifications
- 3 months of operator experience (can be a combination of employers)
- willing to work 3rd shift
- ability to work with others to adhere to safety culture
- physically capable of overhead and ladder work
- lift bags up to 80 lb
- must be able to use a computer
