Job Summary
Conduct daily package deliveries in the Western Shawnee & Lenexa area using a GPS system while adhering to safety and DOT regulations. Begin each shift at the Lenexa or Olathe Hub between 7:30-8:00 am, complete pre-trip inspections, and manage loading of packages up to 150lbs with assistance when needed. Navigate routes to finish by 5:00-5:30 pm, returning the truck to the station, with schedules ranging from 1-5 days per week. This active, physical role requires self-initiative and a positive mindset, with paid training provided for candidates with or without prior driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid, non-expired Driver's License
- No CDL necessary
- Must be able to read, speak, and understand English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway signs and signals, and respond to official inquiries
- No DUIs
- Must be able to pass a Pre-employment background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test (NO MJ, NO MJ prescriptions allowed per DOT.)
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Must be reliable
