Job Summary
Conduct front door package deliveries from the NEW WOOSTER FEDEX TERMINAL, reading and organizing packages by label/number while navigating 120-150+ daily stops. Load and unload large packages weighing 50lbs+, carefully approach driving and customer interactions, and manage the commercial vehicle and equipment provided. Commit to a regular 5-6 day schedule with a clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical. Fully paid training leads to senior routes, leadership roles, and a CDL apprenticeship program within a 20-year FedEx network contractor team.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience truck driving (Large Truck Delivery, Landscape, Mover etc.)
- MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass a Drug Screen (including marijuana) and DOT Physical
- Clear Background Check; 7-year search
- Commit to a regular 5-6 day schedule
- Ability to regularly lift, bend, carry and load LARGE packages 50lbs+
