Job Summary
CDL A Team Driver roles for unassigned/flex linehaul runs out of Northampton, PA. Contracted service provider for FedEx Ground with focus on safety, reliability, and professional linehaul operations. Operate newer Freightliner Cascadia 126 Automatics, drop & hook, terminal-to-terminal, with 24/7 U.S.-based operations support. Compensation includes sign-on bonus up to $2,500, guaranteed daily or per-mile earnings, weekly pay, and bonus pay; benefits include 401(k) matching after 1 year and health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days. Current openings are for team positions supporting FedEx Ground linehaul. Training and equipment support provided by an experienced operations team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Age of 21
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12 Months of Verifiable Tractor-Trailer Experience Within Last 3 Years, or; 5 Years Within Last 10 Years.
- Doubles Endorsement (Doubles Experience Not Required – Must Have Endorsement Prior to Start Date)
- Clean MVR
- Ability to Pass Drug Screen
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No Cell Phone or Texting Tickets
