Job Summary
Assess and develop operational procedures and policies aligned with weekly, daily, and quarterly business performance reviews while maintaining and enforcing local and government regulations. Build and drive restaurant sales by interviewing, hiring, and training employees, including coaching, counseling, and taking corrective actions as needed. Keep ahead of industry trends to apply best practices to areas requiring improvement and maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. This role offers relocation assistance for current employees in good standing. Flexible scheduling allows work during day, evening, and weekend hours as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years managing high-volume Food and Beverage (F&B) or multi-unit operations in the hospitality industry
- High Volume bar experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with various computer applications such as Aloha, Restaurant 365, Avero, and Google Suite
- Strong organizational traits
- Excellent time management skills
- Hands-on and strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage others effectively
