Job Summary
Pizza Supervisor role overseeing culinary operations under the Executive Chef, with responsibility for culinary production, maintaining quality and appearance standards, and managing labor, cost control, and training of BOH staff. The position may serve as kitchen head in the Executive Chef's absence, requires staying current on dining trends, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and maintaining high professionalism in a fast-paced environment. The role supports onboarding of BOH employees, and requires flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend hours; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of Food and Beverage (F&B) industry and culinary experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
- An effective communicator with a positive attitude and a team player mentality
- Commitment to quality, accuracy, timeliness and results
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
