Job Summary
Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students in the School of Information Technology. Perform installation and maintenance of lab computers, including inventory and organization of equipment. Assist with personal computer and network setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support. Manage classroom resources and devices while helping with special projects and IT competitions. Offer peer tutoring to students and support school IT student clubs. Answer department phones promptly and greet in-person visitors professionally. Work independently as needed while maintaining flexible hours to fit around class schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Students must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each semester
- Students must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the Financial Aid Office
- Students must have a current and completed FAFSA on file
- Student must demonstrate financial need
