Federal Senior Salesforce Developer - Agentforce Specialist

Job Summary
Design, configure, and deploy autonomous and hybrid AI agents using Agentforce with customized subagent orchestration and guardrails. Develop Apex classes, flows, and API connectors to equip agents with custom actions, while implementing secure data grounding strategies and integrations between legacy Federal systems, Data Cloud, and Salesforce. Build Lightning Web Components and Apex triggers to enhance user interfaces and backend processes interacting with AI workflows. Enforce Federal security and compliance standards by configuring trust layers, data privacy controls, and audit mechanisms. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate mission-critical requirements into scalable AI agent architectures, conducting agent testing, prompt evaluation, and UAT support. Support secure CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices for rapid deployment in cleared environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, secure REST/SOAP APIs) with practical expertise in building and deploying Agentforce agents or generative AI solutions
- Deep understanding of Agentforce architecture, custom action development, prompt configuration, grounding techniques, and Data Cloud integration
- Proven track record of implementing complex business logic, enterprise workflows, and custom platform automations using apex triggers, flows, and other declarative technology
- Experience integrating Salesforce with legacy Federal systems and navigating cleared, highly regulated environments
- Proficiency with Git, secure coding standards, and DevSecOps/CI/CD pipelines
- Active participant in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
