Job Summary
Senior-level operations role responsible for the 24x7 operation and administration of distributed payments systems supporting high-availability Fedwire, FedACH, and FedNow services. Leads and coaches a team, handles real-time support and incident management, analyzes operational trends, coordinates code releases and production changes, and collaborates on process improvements and new product/services. Requires on-site work per schedule, with preferred locations in Atlanta, Boston, Minneapolis, New York, and Richmond, and a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM ET – 4:30 PM ET.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred
- Senior Role: Five to eight years equivalent experience preferred
- Lead Role: Eight or more years equivalent experience preferred
