Job Summary
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures, assisting the dentist during restorative, surgical, and preventive work. Sterilize instruments, maintain equipment, take and process dental radiographs, and document patient information accurately. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions while maintaining infection control and OSHA compliance. Assist with scheduling and other clinical duties as needed. Work Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:30 PM at the Naval Branch Health Clinic in Everett, WA. Serve active-duty U.S. Navy service members and their families in a stable federal contract position with a modern, well-equipped clinic.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Dental Assistant certificate or equivalent training that meets position requirements
- Current radiography certification (if required by state)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (if required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
