Federal Quality Assurance Analyst - Salesforce

Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of test plans covering functionality, performance, and security to meet stringent Federal requirements for complex Salesforce Public Sector solutions. Ensure all technical deliverables comply with Federal security standards and reporting requirements while identifying and escalating critical risks with strategic mitigation strategies. Partner with architects, developers, and Business Analysts to validate initiatives align with technical architecture, and track quality performance metrics through transparent dashboards for Federal clients. Stay updated with Salesforce trends including Agentforce and Government Cloud Plus to validate innovative solutions. Requires US citizenship, security clearance, and 7-10+ years of IT QA experience in large-scale Federal environments.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s)
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10+ years of IT quality assurance or project management experience
- experience in large-scale Federal environments
- 3-5+ years of proven experience testing programs that utilize Salesforce Government Cloud Plus
- experience testing programs that utilize Service Cloud
- experience testing programs that utilize Experience Cloud
- Working knowledge of Agentforce
- Working knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities
- ability to validate autonomous agents within a secure environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- ability to lead cross-functional teams in cleared delivery environments
- Strong strategic planning, governance, and organizational skills
- ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
