Job Summary
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for large federal construction projects, guiding teams from kickoff through closeout. Mentor project managers, superintendents, and field teams while ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations, contract terms, and safety standards including Davis-Bacon Act requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, develop budgets, manage financial performance, and approve spending plans. Act as the primary liaison with federal clients, drive business development by pursuing new contracts, and lead proposals. Oversee clear communication, reporting, and pre-construction planning to establish work plans and policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering with 5–7+ years of progressive construction management experience.
