Job Summary
Execute A-E services under Army contracts while growing the Federal Programs team's Army Program through engineering, architecture, planning, and program management. Ensure adherence to Safety, Health, Environment, & Quality (SHEQ) requirements, review and approve proposal documents, risk registers, and project plans, and drive budgeted Net Revenue delivery. Conduct monthly Operational Project Reviews, monitor accounts receivable, manage aligned Project Managers, and oversee talent engagement and succession planning. Assist with client management and satisfaction, and coordinate hiring, promotions, and terminations. Requires US Secret security clearance and 15+ years of Army IDIQ contract experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related degree
- 15+ years of successful experience proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering Architectural & Engineering (AE) planning, design, and AE construction-phase oversight services on projects under U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) IDIQ contracts
- 5+ years' experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams
- Professional registration US licensed Architect or Engineer
- Ability to obtain a US Government issued Secret level Security Clearance
- Strong knowledge and overall understanding of Army clients (Mid-Atlantic/Northeast Region Army clients preferred)
- US contracting industry

- Experience leading strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions
