Job Summary
Lead growth and management of federal projects while serving as a trusted advisor to federal clients, with emphasis on USACE and other agencies. Develop and execute business development and market penetration plans, then lead capture, proposal, and source selection efforts. Oversee contract execution, project performance, and client satisfaction while mentoring project and proposal teams and supporting SBA Mentor-Protégé initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to achieve growth objectives. This senior leadership role requires a retired USACE professional with 15+ years of federal construction experience and a PE license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in federal program management
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Former USACE District, Division, or Headquarters leadership experience
- Experience supporting DoD clients
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar federal construction programs
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing
