Job Summary
Lead and manage large, technology-driven federal programs within QTS Federal. Provide planning, scheduling, and resourcing to meet contractual requirements, identify risks, drive remediation, and coordinate client-facing discussions on requirements, solutions design, and status updates. Monitor contract deliverables for performance and compliance, identify gaps, and drive improvements. Collaborate with Sales, Facility Operations, Property Development, Implementation, Technology Operations, and Security to promote customer success and adherence to federal standards and government requirements. Requires PMP certification, Top Secret clearance eligibility, and US citizenship; capable of leading cross-functional teams across geographically dispersed project locations. Demonstrates strong leadership, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Project). Also eligible for the company benefits package and compensation appropriate to Colorado location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 or more years technical Government program management experience
- PMP Certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with U.S. Government ICD 704 eligibility
- US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
