Job Summary
Define end-to-end architecture for agent-enabled workflows integrating MuleSoft, Application, Data, and AI platforms. Design API-led architectures and establish patterns for MCP-based API exposure and agent-to-agent coordination. Lead execution of a production-first use case, aligning stakeholders on business outcomes, success criteria, and scope boundaries while driving backlog prioritization and delivery execution. Collaborate on establishing data contexts and integrating Data Cloud or Informatica, ensuring proper use of LLM gateway patterns and token monitoring. Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery success, providing lightweight project management oversight and leading workshops and demos. Partner with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Data Foundation stakeholders to support pre-sales and translate technical architecture into clear business value narratives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in integration architecture and platform design
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture
- Experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS, legacy)
- Strong ownership mindset (end-to-end accountability), with experience leading client-facing delivery engagements
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, outcome-driven delivery models, balancing architecture with speed
- Outcome-oriented (not feature-oriented) and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid delivery cycles
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Informatica (MDM, governance)
- Exposure to AI/agent architectures, including: API exposure for AI tools (MCP concepts)
- Agent orchestration patterns
- Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time integrations
- Familiarity with LLM integration patterns and observability (token usage, monitoring)
