Job Summary
Federal Market Leader responsible for directing market strategy and client development within the Federal environmental sector. Lead with market insights to translate trends into actionable growth across existing and developing Federal accounts, collaborating with internal teams on proposals (SF330s, Prime/Subs) and forming strategic partnerships (Mentor‐Protégé, large–large JVs) to maximize win rates. Own account planning, TAM evaluation, and KCP enrollment across the market, while driving cross‐LOB coordination, brand positioning, and conference/ROI‐driven initiatives. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. Requires 15+ years in Federal environmental consulting, a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/Science (MBA or advanced degree preferred), and proven leadership in matrixed environments.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the Federal environmental industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- Experience with Federal entities including the DOD, DOE, DOI
- Strong relationships with contracting agencies such as the USACE Districts, AFCEC, KSSCMC, and EPA
- Proficiency in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and CRM management (Salesforce)
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%
